This newly constructed home has the best of what Leadville has to offer. The attached garage makes it easy to unload car. Also plenty of off street parking. Located on the upper east side of town, the main living area on the second floor has spectacular views of sunsets and mountains in all directions. Private master suit upstairs, living room down and up with cable tv, and wifi. On site laundry, and a large private deck with great views and a gas grill.

The garage offers plenty of locked storage for all your gear. House is 1.5 blks from Mineral Belt trail. Our house is stocked with everything you should need for your stay, except your personal items. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking, bath towels, pillows, etc.

We want you to know we are doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. Should a problem or questions arise that needs immediate attention I am in Leadville just down the street. More than likely you will see me at least once during your stay as I take care of lawn, garden and trash removal.
