Our place is located in the south exit of Quito. You can make a 15min walk or take a pick-up van for 1,75usd from where public transport leaves you (Panamericana sur km 5). The place is strategic to go to Cotopaxi, Quilotoa, Pasochoa and all the touristic places in the south of Quito.

There are a couple houses around. There is a small convenience store in front and a big one on a 15min walk. Neighbors are very friendly.

We are a family formed by my husband and myself. We have two rooms available, each with a bunk bed. It is very cosy, we will share the living room, kitchen, and all the house with you. It is a very comfortable apartament. It is located 5 minutes by walking from a major bus station and one of the biggest malls in Quito called the "El Recreo Shopping Centre", where you can find anything you need. The shopping center is located in the centre south part of Quito. We charge for the room, not per person. We have an english school just across the street where you can sign up for classes. We can also provide spanish lessons.
