Very nice, 2 bedroom/1 bath, upstairs apartment. Flat screens, Hulu+live streaming service, wifi, Netflix, security alarm, and gated parking for 1 car. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, and a washer/dryer. Everything you need is already there except your toiletries and food. The second story veranda is a great place to relax with your morning coffee. One mile from Downtown, and close to Magic Springs. It can be combined with the lower apartment for a larger group.

The Park Avenue Historical District is an older neighborhood in an urban environment. Major renovations, and beautification, projects have been occurring over the last few years, with a lot more ongoing. The "rain gardens" on Park Avenue , seen at the intersections, were through a grant to both beautify and provide a watershed. The street lamps were brought about through the efforts of the Park Avenue Community Association, through private funding.
One block South of the apartments is the newest city park, splashpad, and amphitheater, which was also built through public, and private, funding. It is nearing completion and close to opening.
At the end of Pullman Street, which intersects with Parallel, is the trailhead for the newly opened Northwoods Trail, a world class mountain bike and hiking trail. The orange street lamp, on the corner of Park and Pullman, is a marker for that trail.
You will see bicyclists come by often, as Spa City Cycling is right around the corner, next to Red Light Roastery.
Red Light Roastery is very close, the aroma fills the air all around when they roast their beans on Tuesday. Their actual coffee shop is just a block North of the apartments.
A Family Dollar store is conveniently located in the same shopping center, which is right behind the apartments.
Several other vacation rentals are very close by the apartments.
The Justice of the Peace, Dave, also lives close by, he walks by often and is very in tune with things going on in the area.
Bob lives on one corner, he keeps an eye on the neighborhood, and keeps the grass cut. You will see him taking Missy for a walk, and he often stops and talks with our guests.

I have been in Hot Springs since 1976. Nolen, the manager, and I try very hard to make sure our guests have an enjoyable affordable memorable and safe stay and that our guests have what they need while they are here with us. We have a cleaning crew. Helena keeps everything clean, stocked up and Bob, next door keeps the grounds tidy. ALL THE APARTMENTS ARE STRICTLY NONSMOKING FOR HEALTH REASONS. There are two beautiful townhouses side by side with a secured parking lot in the back. Each townhouse has an upstairs unit and downstairs unit each completely separate from the other. All at the same location. 201 A and B and 203 A and B. are the apartments. Each one is a marvelous place to rent and to have a great time. . If you find one home is not available for rent, try the others. You won’t be disappointed. We are in historic Park Avenue area... we have the lowest crime rate in town, we are close to downtown, bathhouses, national park, hiking trails, Magic Springs, Oaklawn Racing and Gaming Center, City Hall, Civic Center, Magic show , dinner theater and almost all good restaurants. We strive to give our guests an excellent service. If there are any issues notify us immediately. We will rectify them.
