This gorgeous property is just a block from main street, and Deadwood Mountain Grand, making it a fantastic location for all guests. Whether you plan a family vacation, a quiet getaway with your significant other, or a fun filled friends weekend, we can accommodate you. The Mickelson Trail also begins directly adjacent to this property. Perfect for Bikers, hikers, snowmobilers, or adventure seekers. After a long day of activities, step out the kitchen porch into a brand new 7 person hot tub.

This newly modified, Historic 1902 house is located right in the heart of Deadwood. It is walking distance to main street which boasts a variety of restaurants, casinos, shopping places, and fun bars. The house is 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 2 pull out couches in the living room for added sleeping. This house also has a BRAND new 7 person Rhythm Hot Tub installed 1/18/18. Located just feet outside the kitchen back door. Winter weather in the Black Hills is beautiful and unpredictable. All season tires are recommended, and roads are drivable almost 99% of snow days. Weather related refunds will not be granted, but if roads are bad, will work with you on a possible future date to post pone your trip to. The house is located across a bridge, with private access to the bridge. It can be a bit difficult to park on the bridge with bigger trucks, but there is city parking a few feet away from the bridge that guests can use. Once you figure out the bridge, it’s a breeze to get in and out of.

Check-out/ check-in:
Guests can check-in and checkout as they please, since there is a coded lock. I have five rentals in town, so the checkout and check-in times accommodate the anticipation of having to have both cleaned during the day. This does not always apply, so if you want a different check-out/check-in time, just ask and I will do my absolute best to accommodate!

Sleeping arrangement details;
First bedroom is a master king bed with a trundle bed, for a total for 4 people in there. The second bedroom has one queen bed for a total of 2 people. Third bedroom has a queen bed, and a bunk bed with a full bottom, and twin top, for a total of 5 people IF needed (top bunk has 150 pound weight limit). This will be a bit tight, but is meant for people who do not mind sharing rooms. Then 4-5 more people can stay on the two pullout couches in the living room. One queen and one full. For a total of 15-16 max. (Again that would be tight but is doable, especially if some are kids)

The 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located on the second level. The main level contains the living room, kitchen, and 2nd bathroom. The kitchen is fully functioning and should contain most things needed to cook. (I.E coffee pot, cooking pots and pans, utensils, dishware, measuring cups, mixing bowls). The house has a newly installed water softener and water heater.

This house takes about 3 hours to clean. If it is left excessively dirty, there will be a $40 an hour charge for anything after 3 hours.

I have lived in the Black Hills my entire life, and live nearby. Most of the time, I am available to help with any problems or questions. Don't hesitate to ask me any question about the area, attractions, events, ect. I aim to make your stay in Deadwood easy and fun.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire property, including a 2 stall garage, with remote access. A hot tub that seats 6-8 people, and the entire yard/property for anyone traveling with children and pets.

Mans best friend! I love and do not mind offering to have pets stay, but PLEASE be considerate that this is not your house. I've had a few problems in the past, but i remain confident 99% of owners are respectful with their animals and I want to continue to offer this to guests. so please read below:)

$15 per day, per pet fee. All pets must be pre-approve, so message me breed, size and age. Max of 2 dogs (flexible with added payment and approval, just ask :). I prefer smaller dogs that do not shed much, but like i said, just ask. Must be potty trained, or bring crate to keep pets in while you are away. No pets allowed on furniture or beds, especially if they are shedding machines.
There will be a minimum fee of $100 if pets are found to stay without pre-approval, Or if there is excessive shedding or damage. Please be considerate with animals that this is a vacation rental and will have other people after you. There is a vacuum on property to use if your dog does shed ect.

Very small creekside neighborhood with only 3 other houses on this street. Only one direct neighbor with a privacy fence between. The other side of the property is the start of Mickelson trail. Located behind the Family Dollar building.

Hello! I was born and raised in Deadwood, and continue to live here year round. I thoroughly enjoy hosting Airbnb properties to everyone coming to visit our little piece of paradise. I got started on Airbnb in 2016 to rent my house out while traveling for work, and I’ve been fortunate to grow it into a multi-property super host Operation. I am a professional traveling aerialist/stunt performer, own 4 local businesses, and have several Airbnb properties in town. The support of all of YOU enables our business to do monthly/yearly sponsorships such as: - Local Meals and wheels -Veterans of America -Silver sponsors of Local youth sports teams. -yearly food/health sponsorship of Elders in Guatamala (Sharing the Dream) - scholastic sponsorship at local Elementary school - Dozens of local Gofundme fundraisers and Benefits.
