The Tatami Room is: * Beautiful, clean, bright, comfortable. * Fully furnished with twin-sized bed, desk, dressers, and closet space. * Hotel-quality Linens and towels can be provided. The Penthouse has: -- Fast Wi-Fi -- Full kitchen with dishes, coffee maker, microwave, fridge. -- Marble Bathroom with shower & jacuzzi -- Living room with skylight -- Washer & Dryer -- State-of-the-art Triple Water Filtration System (& enhanced with Japanese coral calcium). -- Clean, supersafe environment. -- Elevator up to 3rd floor and then walk up 3 short flights. -- Top Floor Penthouse so it is a Quiet, Peaceful Sanctuary amidst one of the BEST Neighborhoods in NYC. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Fashionable East SoHo, on Lafayette Street between Spring & Prince, right on the edge of Nolita. You are right in the midst of Little Italy, Chinatown, the East Village, Greenwich Village, NYU, Central SoHo, Lower East Side, Tribeca, etc. The neighborhood is super safe, dynamic, fashionable, exciting, upscale and with amazing shopping, fine restaurants, boutiques, cafes, bookstores, and trendy nightlife -- yet here on the top floor, it's still quiet and cozy for a good night's sleep. (This building is next door to and on the other side of The Crosby Hotel, where the smallest room rents out for $500 nightly!) Super centrally located for the subway as well: #6 to Spring; N/R to Prince; B, D, F, M to Broadway-Lafayette; A, C, E at Spring, etc. This is a 3 bedroom plus 1 Tatami Room apartment. My husband Ted and I live in one of the private bedrooms, and we are mature professionals who work downstairs in our separate office all day and come back to sleep. So you probably won't see us much!

Thanks for staying with us! We like to keep this Apartment as a safe, clean, quiet, peaceful Sanctuary with good energy for all, so please respect the following: No inviting other people over. No smoking, drinking, drugging or partying in the house. (We don't mind if you do these things OUTSIDE the house, but not inside and outside of our building please.) Please respect the Quiet Hours in the common areas: before 10am & after 10pm. Please keep your door closed. Please be mindful and considerate of others as we have 2 rooms out of 3 in the apartment for air bnb guests. THANKS!!! : )
