Hi I'm Simon and I run Rumsey of Sandbanks with my wife Caroline. We have both lived in Poole all our lives and I've been walking past the business since I was 3 years old so it was a huge privilege to be able to acquire it in April 2017. Anyone who was brought up here will associate the name Rumsey with premium property services including estate agency, rentals, surveyors, architects & development. Many of the commercial buildings in the area were built by Rumsey including the row of shops right on the Sandbanks peninsula housing Rick Stein's restaurant and where our office has been for more than 75 years. Although we don't own any of the properties, together with our team of six dedicated staff, we'll provide the best possible hosting experience so you can enjoy a break in the fantastic part of Britain
