[PLS read through prior to booking. This is not a hotel but an accommodation in a private home, we encourage our guests to read first prior to booking to manage their expectations. And pls be kind to our staff and treat them nicely.]

This unit is located along Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City. Few walks away from grocery stores and shopping centers.

This includes 1 Queen sized bed in a Loft, 1 Sofa bed with 3 Single bed pull-out (floor Mattresses). Living room couch is also available. Sleeps 6 persons comfortably (accomodates up to 8 pax). Professionally laundered sheets and linens. Fully air-conditioned.

Please make sure to enter the correct number of persons staying in to get proper quotation and allow authorization.

- Open lot Pay Parking available across the street of the condominium. P50 first 3 hours, P10 succeeding.

NOTE Upon your arrival:

Kindly inform us of your expected time of arrival (ETA) at least a day prior to your arrival. This is to arrange appointment with our property manager who will hand you over the access card to the unit and assist you on your check-in. If in case you fail to let us know of this ahead of time, our personnel may not be able to meet you immediately. We would like to avoid this inconvenience on your part.

Check-in time is anytime after 3PM, and Check-out is anytime before 11AM.

PLS note that the entry to the condominium needs accompaniment by our authorized person, otherwise access to the entrance may not be possible for guests. Pls coordinate your time with us to arrange appointment with our property manager and avoid inconvenience on your part.


- 1 Valid ID per guest is being required to book this listing. (Required as per the building security protocol for your gate pass on entry).
- Check-in time is flexible but is per appointment. Let us know your ETA if arriving later than 3PM to arrange appointment with our property manager who will assist on your check-in. *(If you plan to arrive past 3PM please make sure to arrange appointment with us. Penalty for non-appointment prior 5PM is P900.)
-Visitors (guests not staying overnight): Visitors need prior approval from host. Charge of P100/head visitor’s fee.


-Strictly no smoking allowed. (Fine ₱2000)
-NO pets allowed.
-Only light cooking is allowed. We don’t encourage frying of any kind (especially for an overnight stay only in consideration to the next guest coming in) as the smell of oil and smoke tends to stick on the linens, walls and floor.
-Turn off Airconditioning when leaving the unit.
-Leave kitchen always clean as to how it was upon turn over. (Extra charge of ₱1000 for dishwashing and extra cleaning).
-No wild parties/outside visitors/guests without prior approval from your host. (Visitors fee: P100/head for guests not staying overnight.)
-If you break or damage something, please inform us right away and arrange for its replacement or repair.
-Do not leave any food out that will attract any pests.
-Please do not stain the sheets, towels, and linens. And pls don’t use bath towels as floor rugs. (Penalty ₱1500)
-Do not lose elevator key (access card). You will be charged ₱2000 for replacement if lost.
-No illegal substances in the unit. Alcohol is okay but no prohibited drugs or anything illegal.
-Limit noise during bedtime hours (10PM-7AM) in consideration to neighbors.


-Bath shower heater available.
-Toilet bidet also available.
-Kitchen includes: Microwave, Electric kettle, Rice cooker, Pan, Casserole, knifes, ladles.
-Water from faucet is potable, but if you’re sensitive, you may bring your own personal water for drinking.
-Open lot pay parking area is available across the street of the condominium. They charge P50 for the first 3 hours, and P10 succeeding. (Updated at this time of writing).
-For longer stays, kindly let us know if you want to arrange a reservation for a parking slot within the condominium basement parking. (Subject for availability)
