Sunny apartment in lovely neighbourhood next to the tram station (1 min), bakery (1 min) and super market (2 min).

The Apartment is located in Döbling, the (noble ;)) 19th district of Vienna.

Our apartment is located in the 4th floor facing south and therefore beeing bright all day :)
We have a cosy living room with sofa, armchair and pouf to relax. Our small avocado tree and four baby date palm trees provide a natural atmosphere :)
The bedroom features a comfy double bed with view of the sky and "our" tree. In one corner there are wall bars, a dip station, handstand canes and mats for work out.
The bathroom aka "wellness oasis" has a tub, two sinks and is home to two of our other plants.
The kitchen (equipped with all the essentials) and the living room have a table to eat, work and sit together.

We enjoy living here because to the south you can reach the city center easily and to the north there are the vineyards and loads of free spaces to enjoy nature.
The 19th district is really nice - the flat is next to Döblinger Hauptstraße, where you get all the things you need for a daily basis - it's a really nice "shopping street" with small shops, bakeries, restaurants....
The 19th is famous for its cottage quarter with villas and diplomat residences - it features quite fancy buildings - we like to go for a walk ther on sundays and imagine it were our houses :D
There is also one of the nicest parks of Vienna - the Tuerkenschanzpark; going north you can head to the vineyards and the Kahlenberg.
