'Bayside Beauty' ~ North Shore 977 is located on the North side of the prestigious Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. Destin beaches are known for their crystal white sand and turquoise Gulf waters of the Emerald Coast. This property is centrally located 2 miles away from The Village of Baytowne Wharf and 1.5 miles away from the beach access on the South side of the resort. Catch the free tram service to take you anywhere you want to go in the resort!


Enjoy this peaceful part of paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the Destin city-life while still being close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The 1,900 sq ft private townhome has three bedrooms, three bathrooms which sleeps up to 8 guests. Kick back and relax while enjoying the sparkling blues of the bay at your doorstep. Once inside, you will enjoy the spacious, bayfront living room with a huge flat screen TV and super high ceilings. A dining room table seats 6 and there are 3 barstools available. The stainless-steel appliances and fully-stocked kitchen are great for a home-cooked meal. Throw in some laundry in your full-size washer and dryer. Aztec influenced tile runs throughout the kitchen, dining room, and living room making cleaning up a breeze.


Your carpeted downstairs master bedroom hosts a king bed, perfect for lying in while watching TV. The attached bathroom has a single, extra long vanity space, toilet, and walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find another carpeted master bedroom with its own private balcony overlooking the bay. The king size bed and flat screen TV are ideal for mornings spent indoors. Private access is available to the master bath with a double vanity space, toilet room, and walk-in shower. Also upstairs, you will find your carpeted guest bedroom hosting a bunkbed with twin on top and full on bottom (as well as a twin pull-out trundle!) and their own TV. All the kids will enjoy this room with their own bathroom; a single vanity and tub are perfect for baths before bed.

* DEPOSIT SCHEDULE: 30% due at booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
* CANCELLATIONS: 30+ days in advance incur a penalty fee of 1-nights’ rent + admin fee + tax. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival result in full forfeiture.
* Snowbird winter rates can be provided upon request. Payment and cancellation policies differ.

Check-in time is after 4PM CST. At that time the door code will be provided and will activate for keyless and hard-keyed entry properties. We strive to have all properties available by 4pm CST year-round and uphold a high standard for cleans. As a result, not all properties will be available for check-in promptly at 4pm. In the event your property is not available at 4pm, please consider having alternate plans between 4:00pm and 6:00pm CST. If you are checking in early, an additional fee may be applicable and access must be granted by office staff - our office will notify you if/when the property is available. Without authorized approval from GBR staff, Guest assumes responsibility for any and all damaged/missing items upon your departure inspection and will incur an automatic fee charged to their card on file.

All required door, gate, and facility codes can be found in our app. It is the responsibility of the Renter to contact our office prior to check-in to make alternative arrangements to receive this information if they are unable to use and/or access the app. Gibson Beach Rentals will not be held responsible and will not process refunds or compensation for Renters who are unable to access the door, gate, or building facilities associated with the reservation if the above steps have not been executed. An emailed app invite will be sent to you once full payment is made.

One parking pass will be issued to you at the Security Gate upon initial arrival. The parking pass should be displayed on your vehicle's dashboard. One pass will be issued for the duration of your stay with the name of the individual who booked the reservation. If additional passes are requested, the individual who booked the reservation will need to alert the guard gate directly. The following vehicles are not permitted on either resort: RVs, trailers of any kind, or motorcycles.

Our management office is located in the Beachside Two tower of the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. We are normally open Mon - Fri, 9-5, but during peak season do have extended hours. Please call our office for normal operating hours. You will need a code to get through the gate to our building which can be provided by our staff during normal business hours.

We offer emergency after-hours service for those emergencies that are serious. Issues not deemed as true emergencies by our staff will be addressed the next business day. The after-hours number is on our voicemail, on your rental contract, and in our guest handbooks inside each unit.

We are happy to help with any recommendations on services, watersports, activities, restaurants, and more. We all live locally and know our area very well to be able to provide you with insider's local knowledge and tips/tricks to avoid the crowds - just let us know how we can help!

We also offer complimentary Blu-ray and DVD movie loaners from our BS2 office. Max 2 per person per day.
