Approximately 600 square feet, the 1BR suite is luxurious and comfortable. Exquisitely furnished with modern décor and thoughtful amenities, including a separate living area and kitchen. Two sleeper sofas can accommodate four additional guests. A flat screen LCD TV offers satellite cable. The private balcony has either beach, pool, or jungle view. Extras include twice-daily maid service, international direct-dial phones, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, electronic security boxes, A/C and ceiling fan.

The bedroom contains a king-size bed, a flat screen LCD TV, and sitting area. The marble bathroom is accessible from both the living room and bedroom and has a separate shower and soaking tub. Complimentary spa products take your bathing experience to the next level.

Enjoy in-suite meals at a dining table for four. The kitchen has a blender, microwave, mini-fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN BOOKING THIS PROPERTY
Once booked, you will receive a confirmation (7-10 business days after the initial booking). This will include detailed information about the resort, the suite, and amenities.


Approximately 2 weeks prior to your check-in date, a final Arrival Confirmation with your reservation number is sent (which you will present to the front desk at check-in). The resort requires an ID and passport that matches the name on the confirmation, and a major credit card. An authorization will be placed on the credit card at check-in for incidentals.

FEES
A $100 resort fee will be charged for each weekly segment (1-7 nights). For example, 1 to 7 night stays will be charged $100 total resort fee. Extra amenities and services (e.g. spa treatments, golf, etc.) are payable at the resort.

Cancellations
Super Strict 30
Cancel up to 30 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 30 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees are only refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
