The Loft upstairs has a queen bed & a bunk bed. Downstairs has a queen size sofa bed to sleep a total of 6 in a chalet loft style environment.
Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, jug, sandwich press & electric frying pan (No stove)
Free WIFI & Foxtel inc Sports & Movies complete this perfect little spot.

Please take note of Covid19 Requirements
- Maximum of 6 guests only
- It is a pre-requisite that rubbish is to be removed from the property. This includes all Kitchen and Bathroom Bins - a commercial rubbish bins are located to the rear of the building (adjacent to Clyde Street),
- It is a pre-requisite that the property be left tidy, dishes washed up and furniture in place to minimise additional contact.
Failure to observe these Covid19 Practises will result in an additional $110 Cleaning Fee.
(Apologies if this sounds harsh - however our commercial cleaners have instigated Covid Safe Measures that have substantially increased the base rate of cleaning & have instead that the above measures be maintained)

Also Note
Smoke Alarm is wired directly to the Fire Department - any smoke will result in a $1500 call out fee for which you will be responsible - suggest turning ceiling fan on low, & if any smoke open door & turn bathroom fan on..

During Winter - Please return the swipe card back to The Base where you collected from.
