Come stay at a unique property on Holiday Isle complete with a full TIKI BAR and game room which can be used for family fun or just 2 looking for a private getaway. This property provides 3 full floors of space (townhome/condo style) so everyone can get lost in their own pleasures. The upper 2 floors inspiration were derived with peace, rest, and dining in mind and the bottom floor for fun and competition for those who go there. Our view of the Harbor canal from two balconies is perfect, and the short walk to the gated beach access can't be beat! Cheers!

El espacio
The only self-contained tiki bar and game room with a full grilling set up on Holiday Isle complete with a water view & picturesque sunsets that are sure to never be forgotten. Our home offers 2 master suites on the 3rd floor, 1 queen sofa bed on the main floor & a sleeper sofa in the tiki bar-all linens provided!

Please take note that we do NOT host student groups at this condo. Not only does our HOA not allow it, but shared walls make this a poor fit for that group dynamic.

This condo sits harbor side directly on the water. Unfortunately, even though we have a beautiful dock off the back of the building we are NOT permitted to rent our boat slip to guests. Our HOA restricts this to owners only.

You will find more than 50 restaurants and bars within a 3 mile radius, many of which you can take a water taxi to. The beach is about 10 houses awayeasily within walking distance to the exclusive gated beach access (and we provide a beach cart and chairs!)

We have only ONE PARKING SPACE AVAILABLE in front of the condo numbered at 11. There is daily parking adjacent to the building on a first come, first serve basis. We do apologize, as parking spaces are very limited in our community.Again, please be aware of the number of cars that you are bringing to this property if you are bringing more than one car you need to have a plan for OFF-SITE PARKING in the public parking only!

Additional rules
-We are located in Central Standard Time, with CheckIn at 4pm and Checkout at 10am. We do not allow early check in or late check out without adequate notice to prepare (and these options are not always available due to other reservations or scheduled maintenance).
-You will receive your check in info once the property is ready for your arrival, please do not arrive early without prior notice/approval.
-Parking is only available for 1 vehicle in the numbered spot & any additional vehicles can be parked in the public parking across the street from the complex, no exceptions.
-Any stay that a house trained pet will be included in MUST be disclosed when booking, as a pet fee of $50 is required. We do not accept more than 2 dogs, and pets must be created when unattended & cleaned up after indoors and outdoors. Pets must be leashed when in common areas. Pets are not permitted on furniture or linens at anytime. ADA recognized service animals are not charged a pet fee, but ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are subject to the pet fee at all times.
-Absolutely NO extra guests (including those "stopping by") or risk loss of security deposit and/or immediate eviction.
-Strict noise ordinance is 10pm, as this is a residential area. House parties, excess noise, or disturbances to neighbors permitted at any time.
-We do NOT host student groups at any time and if booked without prior knowledge of your group being under 25 years of age you forfeit your payment & full security deposit, and should expect a cancellation of your stay.
-Checkout is 10am, anything after 10am is an additional day charge. If cleaners are not allowed access to home due to late check-out or additional cleaning is needed due to late check-out, charges apply as needed. -No illegal activity permitted & no smoking indoors or on balconies at any time.
-ON CHECKOUT DAY:
-All beds used during stay must be stripped of linens(do not remake the beds). Dishes must be cleaned/running in dishwasher at check out with provided detergent. Please take trash to the dumpster at front of complex prior to checkout. Additional cleaning fee may occur if excess trash, dishes, or debris is found in home at checkout.
-Any cleanup of bodily fluids of any kind will be charged the cost of replacement items ruined, plus cleanup fee.
-Any and all issues must be disclosed during stay prior to checkout, or you are held liable for any damages. Property manager must be notified and given ability to resolve any and all issues during stay, or guests accept responsibility of not disclosing in a timely manner. We do not issue refunds for lack of amenities (tv, internet, a/c, etc) as these types of outages are beyond our control but we will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
