Wonderful hiking possibilities in the summer and only by car 15 min from Hemsedal Ski Center or Gravset Skistadion (Cross Country ski) with miles of ski slopes and cafeteria.
Winter: It is 13 km to the alpine center and 7.4 km to Gravset Ski Area for cross-country skiing, but it is quite possible and go straight from the farm with cross-country skiing to the ski slopes, a little steep in the beginning. Otherwise, another option if you want to go cross-country skiing is to drive only one kilometer directly to the ski track.
