El espacio
This wonderful spacious apartment of 97m2 is situated on the 1st floor of the apartment building, with fabulous views stretching 270 degrees.
For summer holidays the wrap-around deck / terrace (120m2) provides both sunshine and shade throughout the day.
Ski in / ski out access thanks to the private funicular which runs direct from the apartment building to the piste above.

The apartment has underfloor heating throughout:
Entrance hall – Hooks and shelves for your jackets and shoes. There is a ski locker and warm air ski boot heaters in the communale garage.
Kitchen – Fully equipped kitchen – electric ceramic hob, proper oven, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee machine. Quality utensils, crockery and cutlery. Granite worktop. Cupboard island for more storage topped with solid wooden worktop.
Dining – A heavy solid wooden table, 3 m long and big enough for 12, with chairs and benches for lovely family meals
Living space – A large L-shape sofa and animal skin stools provide seating for everyone to relax, in front of the TV and fireplace. (Please note your firewood order on your booking form)
Fast Wifi; international TV channels; Wii games; speaker unit with iPod dock, CD, USB connection, Bluetooth and radio
Bedroom 1 – A 180cm super-king double bed with bedside tables, and large wardrobes. Double glass doors to the terrace.

Bedroom 2 – Double kingsize bed (160cm) with single bunk (90cm) above. Pull out single bed (90cm)

Parking – There is 1 dedicated underground covered parking space
Outside – The wooden decked terrace is 120 m2 providing both sun and shade throughout the day. BBQ for al fresco dining, along with the necessary furniture, including sun beds.
Other – Access to the communale washing machine and dryer.

We have always striven to clean the apartment to a high standard, and now we are following Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are some of the main points:

+ We use hydro-alcoholic sanitiser (70% alcohol) on all frequently touched surfaces - to specifically include light switches, door handles and toilet flushes, kitchen work surfaces.
+ We use recommended cleaning and disinfectant products and we wear protective equipment - masks & gloves - to help prevent cross-contamination.
+ We clean all rooms and areas using cleaning checklists
+ We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. There is hand wash provided in all bathrooms.
+ We comply with the 'Clean & Safe' label organised by HotellerieSuisse, GastroSuisse, IG Parahotellerie Schweiz & Suisse Tourisme and have signed the 'Charte Sanitaire' published by Verbier Tourism

La Tzoumaz centre is only about 250m from the apartment.
A family friendly resort both in summer and winter. Swimming pool, ice rink (winter only!) La Tzoumaz has a good choice of restaurants and bars.
A large well stocked supermarket and 3 sports shops.
The area is great for winter and summer sports, hiking, gentle family footpaths, mountain biking as well as road biking and just relaxing taking in the mountain air and stunning views.

Dan & Mini manage several rental properties as well as running Chalet La Luge on a half board catered basis since moving to Switzerland in 2008. We love to welcome new and returning guests and helping them enjoy the area as much as we do. The outdoors is our playground and wenenjoy skiing, ski touring, biking in all its guises, hiking or simply taking in the view with a glass of local wine and good company.
