The studio is spacious and located on 2rd floor of a newly renovated building on 74 Ton That Dam Street, District 1, HCM
If you are a tourist, you will like it here because of its central location, within walking distance to many tourist attractions like Ben Thanh Market, Independent Palace, Cathedral, parks & recreation spots. Despite its ideal location, the street itself is very tranquil and quite which will set yourself away from all the city hustle and bustle, along with a perfect sleeping experience :D
If you are on business trip and need to work during your stay, you will find the house a quiet and perfect corner to spread out and work. Also, how about a lovely balcony to chill out and relax before get back to work? We have it all here.

While you're staying here, the studio will be your private oasis. Feel free to access the house 24/7 during your stay. You can also use our washing machine, common area at any time of the day
Otros aspectos a destacar
- Active: The studio is located on the 2th floor, there is lift. The view of the room is worth a try.
- Clean and tidy: Keep it clean as much as possible. Do not leave unnecessary garbage around. I hope that you can take care of my house as your home.
- Green: Warm reminders to turn off air conditioners, lights, water and other electrical items before leaving.
- Notice: Please let me know if there are extra guests to stay in. I will be fully prepared for each additional guest. 200,000 VND / guest / day will be charged.
- Respect: Please do not smoke in the room. The smoking area is the outdoor area of the balcony.
- if you stay at KING APARTMENT over 1 month. We will provide free: service room and wash machine in KING APARTMENT ( 2 time/ week), change drap your bed 1 time/ week, free strong wifi,and you pay your electric bill and water for daily use.
Cleaning is done once a week (for booking over 7 nights), additional cleaning ($7/time) is available upon request.
You can use my washing machine & dryer in the basement for free.
Tap water in Vietnam is not potable. You'll have welcome drinking water in your room at check-in, then you can boil water or buy other bottles to drink.
