The accommodation is for 3 people there being a dble bedroom and a single bedroom.
No smoking on premises.
Dining space for 4 people in flat and also on decking.
Lounge seating for 4 people.
Garden furniture outside where you can eat and relax.
I have read the Airbnb cleaning standards handbook and am satisfied that I meet the requirments
Well behaved pets welcome but please do not leave unattended in flat or garden.
A no smoking,no candles property.

My flat is easily accessible from the road,flat path to front door.There is a sideway leading to back garden.All rooms are easily accessible from the hallway.No steps or inclines to negotiate in the flat.

The flat is all accessed from ground floor,no stairs.Each room easily accessed
The back garden easily accessed.
There are steps in back garden accessing the lawn area and decking.However there is an area outside back door to sit and eat or drink and relax.

Otros aspectos a destacar
Please note that St Mary's Church has bells which do ring all day and night floor,however it is a lovely sound and most people do not mind or become disturbed.However I do provide ear plugs if required.
Totnes has a narrow street It is not pedestrianised .
There is an open air market on Fridays and Saturdays also on a Tuesday am during summer time
In December there is an open air Christmas market on a Tuesday evening.The market square is decked with tree,decorations and lights.
There are other traditional activities which usually take place during the year including Morris Dancing at Totnes Castle on May 1st at dawn,the Dart swim in Sept and a carnival in August .
Totnes is a vibrant community.
Has been named as one of the best places to live!
The cable TV mentioned is in fact BT vision
I have Netflix and players available .Also freeview.
Well behaved pets are welcome.Please do not leave unattended in flat or garden or allow them on beds or furniture
There are many places to walk your dog,enjoyable Green Lane and river walks.
The flat will be cleaned and prepared according to the required Airbnb standard.
Cleaning materials will be provided for guests use whilst staying should they wish to use also hand sanitizer and masks.
Check in is after 3 pm and check out is by 10 am
No smoking allowed in flat or candles to be lit.
TV in lounge.Radios in both bedrooms and kitchen
Blinds in both bedrooms as well as curtains,the main bedroom blind is a blackout blind.
I ask that guests respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10.30 pm.
The bathroom has recently been renovated I have a walk in shower,no bath tub.
The entrance to flat is flat,no steps.There is a solar light which snaps on as you approach.
I leave teas,coffee,milk and various condiments which you are welcome to use.
There is room in hall for a pushchair if needed.
There is room in both bedrooms for a travel cot if you need to bring one.
Hot water bottles available.Also picnic ware and walking poles.
Totnes is slowly getting back to normal after lockdown which lifts all being well completely June 21
.There is a folder of information in flat including house rules and useful information.
Calendar open from Spring 2021 provided safe to host and only from areas allowed to travel freely.Accepting bookings on that basis.
