attractions of the area of Bari and Brindisi, rises Villa Rosato.
This is an old farm house, completely renovated in 2013, keeping the original charm
of the existing building in the centre of Selva di Fasano.
This comfortable complex of 8 apartments is the ideal place to enjoy, at any time of the
year, a pleasant stay combining the sea and the beaches, as well as, the hills in a single
holiday.

The apartment of 80 sqm is made up of 5 areas: 2 bedroom with a double bed each, a living area with a sofa bed for 2 adults, kitchen and private bathroom.

• Fully equipped kitchen with cooker and electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
• Washing machine.
• Complete bathroom with shower and hair dryer.

Due to its altitude, Selva di Fsano, is overlooking the territory of the trulli, the Apulian typical houses, but also the principal town of Fasano, that has many of these buildings, combined with elegant villas.
From the top of its hills the area is covered with natural flora that is formed by the forest including oaks, holm oak, pine, chestnut, cypress and fir trees, olive groves, fig trees, carob and walnut.
The area is safeguarded by a mild and particularly healthy climate.
Selva di Fasano overlooks the territory of trulli and grottoes, offering numerous views and tranquillity to those wishing to walk the tree-lined avenues and stay in a fresher climate, specially during the summer.
If you play tennis, you can enjoy the facilities of Fasano Tennis Club, which is located only some metres away from Villa Rosato.

¡Buenos días a todos! Me llamo Manuela Rosato y seré tu punto de referencia una vez que llegues a Selva di Fasano. El punto fuerte de la estructura es la ubicación céntrica, a un minuto de Viale Toledo, un distrito comercial con bares, restaurantes, bracerías, club de tenis, entretenimiento nocturno de verano. Después de un día entero dedicado a descubrir la excelencia de la zona o después de un día caluroso en el mar, ¿qué mejor ubicación que Villa Rosato para disfrutar de la máxima relajación respirando aire puro? Me encanta mi territorio y transmito a los huéspedes el deseo de regresar a Apulia, un lugar mágico, un lugar lleno de eventos por descubrir, donde el mar y el interior se combinan y dan ricas emociones al viajero. Siempre recomiendo salir con la maleta medio vacía: la llenarás cuando regreses con orecchiette casera, aceite, friselle, taralli, tomates secos y mucho más :-) Te espero...
