We have a beautiful newly renovated attic flat in a traditional Edinburgh tenement, with views of Arthur's Seat. I'm a single mum with two grown up girls and two cats. I work as an actor and have a good knowledge of the city and its amazing festivals.

The flat is newly renovated and refurbished.

In the room has a new double bed (firm pocket sprung mattress, ideal for bad backs), chest of drawers, wardrobe, full length mirror, radio and new carpet. Fantastic view of Arthur's Seat.

The room is cleaned to a professional standard before check-in, with fresh sheets and towels provided.

Our flat is is located just south of the Meadows, which is 5 minutes walk away. 10 minutes walk to Arthur's Seat and the Commonwealth Leisure Centre. 5 minutes walk to Summerhall. 10 minute wak to Bristo Square & George Square. 15 minutes walk to The Pleasance and Assembly Roxy.

Across the road is Beetroot Sauvage (a vegan cafe with wellness centre and yoga studio). Considerate Chocolate (a vegan doughnut and ice cream cafe) is only a 5 minute walk away.

Less than a minute walk away is a corner shop, wine shop (which has a list of vegan wines and beers), laudrette, chinese supermarket, chinese restaurant (who are very familiar with vegan requirements), pharmacy, garage, library, and the the beautiful John Leslie pub.

All other main city centre attractions including the Royal Mile and Princes Street 10-20 minutes walk away or a short bus ride.

A light vegan breakfast is provided - help yourself to a wide selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, bread/toast with various spreads, cereals, soya milk, fresh fruit.
