Enjoy the highest view of Boston Bay at our spacious, bright and breezy villa. The property, surrounded by a bird habitat, features a panoramic view of the ocean and mountains, and is just minutes from world renowned beaches such as Blue Lagoon and Frenchman's Cove, as well as restaurants and nightlife at Boston Bay.

If you choose to stay in for a meal, a chef can be arranged by property host Ms. Watson, who lives in a separate apartment downstairs.

El espacio
With venetian wall treatments, solid wood ceilings and stairwell, and driftwood carvings from Port Antonio's own woodcarving artist Rock Bottom, you're in for a visual treat. And we're continuously improving on the property so each visit will be better than the last. We have friendly dogs who laze during the day and keep watch at night, and our tiny farm has chickens (which means fresh organic eggs). There's also a small woodsy trail past the farm for birdwatching and basking in nature.

Must be noted that renting an individual room means if there are same-time bookings of the other rooms, the common areas will be shared with those guests. We ask that all guests are quiet by 9pm out of consideration for other guests in such cases.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ON CONSERVATION: We are at the top of the hill and therefore operate on rain water catchment. We ask for guests to be mindful of water use, and we also ask for the bedroom A/C unit to be only used during the night hours if needed for a comfortable sleep.
