First floor space is a full kitchen, laundry room & patio that is shared with the Host who resides on site.
Host (Chris) is an easy going quiet person that works varying hours at the University of Akron. Chris is available when onsite or anytime by text.

The Host (& his cat) live there full time & the floor plan is such that you may see his 1st floor living space from the loft. Parking for one car is directly across from the front entry. If more than one vehicle please discuss parking prior to check in.
This community is extremely quiet, free from noise, traffic & loud music.
