The Boutique Home 153 is located in a unique and convenient residential area within a peaceful neighborhood next to the prestigious university of Moratuwa. Furthermore, other famous institutions like Arthur C Clarke Centre and Subordinate in walking distance. Picturesque Bolgoda lake is few minutes by foot and enjoy a stroll through the newly built beautiful Katubedda walking track just down the road.
