The studio features freshly updated interiors, beautiful furnishings & luxury linens.
PLEASE NOTE: We are taking all necessary precautions with thorough cleaning and disinfecting of our property by ramping up our already vigorous cleaning processes.

El espacio
Perfectly located, bright and airy The Lane II consists of 1 queen bedroom with luxurious linens, separate kitchen/ dining/ lounge area with an ultra comfortable fold out sofa bed. Ample space for 2 adults however can also suit small families or small groups of friends. The kitchenette is fully equipped. The apartment also has a beautiful sunny balcony overlooking Bay Lane. The Lane II has a large TV. The bathroom features a large walk in shower with luxury body and hair products from Aspar.
There is a secure car space under the studio and an outdoor shower at the base of the stairs. The beach is 100m from the studio and just 50 metres away is a surfboard, snorkel, wetsuit, hire shop. A walk to the lighthouse and most easterly point in Australia is a must do!
Access is via the entry gate or via the security car space beneath the apartment. The apartment building is third along (about 15m) on your right once you turn right into the lane from Jonson St, and the driveway entry to the car park is just after Fishmongers & Supernatural Wine cellars.

PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is in a brilliant location and, being on the top floor, an abundance of natural light - however it is on Bay Lane and there will be some noise in the early evenings (bars & restaurants) and early mornings (delivery trucks and rubbish collections).
