The very best of Breckenridge awaits at this one-bedroom condo in Water House West, an elegantly appointed all-seasons escape with the perfect location within walking distance of Main Street's shops and restaurants and the Quicksilver Super 6 Lift at the base of Peak 9. With 894 square feet of living space up on the fourth floor, this condo offers lovely views of Illinois Creek and Baldy Mountain, a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and your evening cocoa, and a flatscreen TV in both the living room and bedroom. On the grounds of this beautiful property, you'll also have access to a spacious outdoor swimming pool, several hot tubs to soothe your tired muscles, a fitness room, a cinema, and easy ski storage.

Water House West, a new luxury property in Breckenridge, sits just a few steps from Main Street and the Quicksilver Super 6 Lift at the base of Peak 9. It's a location that will give you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Yet you'll also be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots all along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, you can fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and the Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club only five miles north.

As of right now all hot tubs and the theater are closed. The pool and fitness center are reservation only and are limited to the current restrictions implemented by the county.
