Upon entry you'll be impressed with the timber floor, soaring high concrete ceilings, full height double glazed windows and large kitchen (with everything you'd expect). The bedroom is huge, King Size bed and large built ins. Secure basement car space and pool BBQ areas. Great location in the heart of Woden close to the Hellenic Club & Westfield.

The Alexander apartment building used to be a large office block for Canberra public servants. A few years ago they were derelict but have now been brought back to life and turned into beautiful warehouse style apartments! Expect exposed concrete, brick, and high ceilings. This is truly a unique find in Canberra.
