The Lisbon holiday apartment 'Mouraria I' (also known as ‘Castelo Attic’ and ‘Castelo Duplex’) is located in the heart of Mouraria/Old Lisbon and is in the perfect spot for exploring Lisbon by foot.

The flat is very close to some of the biggest tourist attractions in Lisbon; Tram 28, Mouraria, Castle of Saint George (Castelo Sao Jorge), Martim Moniz, Baixa (Lisbon downtown), Alfama etc.

I have instant booking so you do not need to inquire about whether apartment is vacant or not!

The apartment is around 30 sqm (of which 20 sqm on lower floor and 10 on upper floor (bedroom)).

If you have an early arrival or late departure there is a storage space (to which you get access with a code). The storage space´s opening is 110 x 28 cm so your bag will need to get through that. Otherwise there is luggage storage nearby.

Regarding parking;
1. There is no designated parking spot and parking is hard in the area. Now you know.

2. Surveyed paid parking is at Martim Moniz, around 200 metres away

Guests get access to flat through an access code which owner sends beforehand - so no personal interaction in what regards key handling nor afterwards unless specifically requested by guests.

I do however send guests ample material beforehand including travel documents and two guides to Lisbon (as pdf's) free of charge!
