The gardens too have been redesigned and landscaped including interesting steps and seating areas. A large outside terrace provides an excellent entertaining area with beautiful views over the gardens and sea.
Accommodation includes entrance porch, hallway, lounge, snug, sun room, dining room, kitchen, utility, cloaks. An oak turned staircase opens on to a spacious landing with three bedrooms off including two ensuites and a separate shower room.
The property has been double glazed, rewired, re plumbed, re plastered, gorgeous new kitchen with granite work surfaces, Aga + separate Neff oven and electric hob, a utility and cloaks added, new oak staircase with glass balustrades and oak floors to name just a few!
Access is via a private driveway off Marine Drive where there is parking spaces for 2 cars along with a new garage. Steps from the garden lead on to Marine Drive where there is a pathway directly on to the beach. There are fabulous walks on the Orme and a short distance to the main beach at West Shore. The prettiest of cottages and absolutely charming!
