Sri Mookimba Temple lies in the valley of the Kodachaadri Peak and is dedicated to Goddess Mookimba. It is believed that the site was once used by rishis, to perform penance. Inside the temple, tourists can see a Jyotirlinga, which is dissected into two sections by a golden line. The bigger section represents the three Goddesses, Mahasaraswati, Mahakali and Mahalakshmi; and the smaller part is dedicated to Brahma, Vishnu and Maheshwara. The kalasha and the dome of the temple are made of gold.

The Kodi Beach is located in the proximity of Kundapur Town. In the Kannada language, Kodi means 'shore'. The beach is surrounded by water on three sides. Swimming is a popular activity of the Kodi Beach.

The Holy Rosary Church was constructed by Rev. Fr. Joseph Vaz in 1681, to honour Our Lady of Rosary. It lies on the banks of River Panchagangavalli and is located on the west side of the Kundapur Town. The wooden altar of the church is well carved and adorned with tiles. A bell tower is also situated within the premises of the church. The church manages an orphanage and two schools, namely St. Joseph's Higher Secondary School and St. Joseph's High School. The church was reconstructed in 1757 after it was attacked by the forces of Tipu Sultan.

Siddi Vinayak Temple is situated in the village of Hattiangadi, which is near to Kundapur. It is also known as the Temple of Hattiangadi and is dedicated to Lord Ganesha. The Siddi Vinayak Temple dates back to the 8th century AD. A statue of Lord Ganesh, about 2.5 ft in height and carved out from a saligrama stone, is installed here. Devotees visiting the temple are provided free lunch and dinner.
