Looking for a quiet respite from a hectic day of sightseeing or business travel? Stay in private suite away from the hubbub of the City. Our 3 room suite is on the outskirts of the City. Comfortably fits two. A private entrance with a kitchenette area with a refrigerator and microwave. No stove. It's located on a quiet street about 1/2 blocks from public transportation. It has an easily accessible street entrance and bedroom overlooks a lush garden/yard. Only 3 miles from the Chase Area!

A private and cozy 1 bedroom suite in our 112-year-old home. Looking for a unique place to stay? The suite has been remodeled but still preserves the quaintness of an older home. It is complete with 1 bedroom, living room, kitchenette (no stove) and bathroom.
It's a great space for 1-2 people.
Perfect for relaxing space to unwind after a long day. Kitchenette available for microwaving and eating in if you don't want to eat out every night.
Convenient to traveling to San Francisco International Airport, Silicon Valley, downtown and AT & T Park.
Only 3 miles from the new Chase Area! The 3rd. St. train (1 block away) takes you within walking distance to the Chase Area and the S.F. Giant's stadium.

The unit is on the ground floor of our home. The unit has direct access to both the front garden and the back yard. We do not have any cats living in our house however their are "stray", neighborhood cats that roam the back yard. If you are highly allergic to cats this may be sensitive to the outside cats. Our climate is dry and we live in a busy City. Dust accumulates quickly after cleaning due to the dry climate and living in a City with many cars and busses. These facts may make it a bit dusty but rest assured it has been thoroughly cleaned before arrived.

Only toilet paper to be thrown in toilet. Nothing else.

Our house is located in a "transitional" neighborhood. A mix of residential and industrial. Best method of getting around during the day is the "T-3rd. St. " light rail. The neighborhood is walking distance to a few services but you will likely need to use a car or public transport to get around the City. Recommended method of getting around in the evening is by taxi, Uber or Lyft services.

The guest suite is in a typical San Francisco neighborhood; their may be some loud noises at times; but most of the time it is quiet. Parking in most San Francisco neighborhoods is not always easy to find.

If you have a car: Street parking is not always easy to find on some days. You may need to park a block away from the apartment. Please make sure to check for street cleaning days before parking your car.
