The apartment is located in a beautiful 18th century building in the historic district of the North Marais area. You will be a few meters away from the National Conservatory of Arts, the Gaultier Palace (beautiful building hosting Jean-Paul Gaultier's haute couture), 7 minutes away from the Beaubourg/Pompidou contemporary art museum, and walking distance from place de la République as well as rue de Bretagne.

The building entrance is rue Saint Martin, not far from the Saint Martin Arch, and the apartment overlooks rue Notre Dame de Nazareth.
