…. The villa is located in The Oceanvillas resort beside BRG Da Nang Golf Club.
…. It's approx 20 mins each way from Danang or Hoi An Ancient Town, 7 mins to Marble Mountains and plenty of local markets/ supermarkets within 20 mins. But the additional cost of taxis is made up with the beautiful resort as this area is really perfect for FAMILY or GROUP OF FRIENDS to unwind and chill out few days.
…. Seen from outside all villas inside area, the structure of the facades are the same with 2 main colors which are white and grey bringing them the beauty of modernization. Hygien, gardening, insect-killing in the areas are especially paid more attention and maintaned in good conditions by management board. It’s quite quiet and private. The air is so fresh that you just need to walk along the street in front of villas to unwind and refresh yourself. If you travel in groups with friends, the BBQ behind the villa’s garden near the pool is ideal plan and choice. Nothing is greater and more wonderful than soaking your bodies in the pool, enjoying the yummy dishes with little wine and taking crazy and impressive photos.
!!! I would like to 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂 𝑻𝑰𝑷. Specifically, on the way from the airport, you should drop by at the supermarket to buy some snacks, fast food, fruits, drinks for your staying in here, which makes your trips more convenient and economical.

…. The villa is surrounded by garden. The management has spraying schedule for pest control. However, for kind of tropical climate in Danang, you sometimes see mosquitos/ small pest from the surrounding green areas. We suggest keeping windows/ doors closed in the evening to avoid it all.

✿ SAFETY:
…. Security guard is available 24/7. No outside guests allowed for overnight stays.

Comparte la experiencia y trae los servicios que tenemos a todo el mundo en todo el mundo. Como gente local, te guiaré a lugares interesantes además de lugares populares en Danang que la gente conoce a través de libros o redes sociales. Por ejemplo : + Ba Na Hill (destino número 1 para visitantes) (30 km del aeropuerto) + Monkey Mountain (Son Tra) y Pagoda Linh Ung. (15-20 km) + Trabajo Asia / Ocio Trabajos Sun Wheel (7-10km) + My Khe Beach (2km) + Mercado de Con y mercado de Han donde se puede disfrutar de mucha comida tradicional vietnamita (5-10m) + Ngu Hanh Son - Zona turística popular. (1 kilómetro) +Bach Dang Street con muchos bares, pubs y restaurantes excelentes (5 km) + Hai Van Pass con excelentes vistas de la ciudad y el Mar del Este (20-30 km) Ciudad Antigua de Hoi An (30 km al sur del centro de la ciudad) + Centro Comercial Vincom, Big C, Lotte Mart .... Además, como usted sabe, Da Nang es una ciudad joven que ha estado atrayendo a un gran número de inversores nacionales y extranjeros, por lo tanto, el turismo combinado con la exploración del potencial económico, los bienes raíces, los proyectos de aprendizaje para la inversión también vale la pena descubrir.
