Beautiful recently renovated generous four bedroom family home in the heart of Alfriston, East Sussex on the South Downs Way with large living / dining / kitchen area perfect for socialising & relaxing plus separate study and living room. Wrap-around gardens and on-drive parking. Private and quiet - perfect for a complete rest.

Our home is also close to local beaches, a number of excellent days out for children and the pretty village of Alfriston with high quality, shops, pubs and restaurants.

El espacio
A period property which has been recently renovated, it has ample space both downstairs and upstairs for the perfect family get-away to the country-side. Only a short walk to the middle of the pretty village of Alfriston with a selection of traditional country pubs, tea-rooms, village shop in addition to the option of fine dining restaurants at The Star Hotel, Rathfinny Wine Estate and Deans Place Hotel.

The hub of the house is the 29 foot kitchen, dining, living space with a large well equipped kitchen, rustic dining table that easily sits 8 persons and a comfortable L shaped sofa for relaxing on after diner is served. There is also a separate utility room for muddy dogs / boots after a long walk.

The kitchen / dining area leads through bi-fold doors to a private patio and pretty wrap around garden.

There is a separate study for anyone who needs to do any work, and a further lounge with TV & comfy sofas so everyone can have their own space.

Upstairs, there are four generous bedrooms - 3 doubles (one double bed, one king and one superking) and 1 child's room with a toddler bed (a further adult single bed can be added to this room if required).

There is one large bathroom which has a bath (please note we don't have a shower). There is a separate WC downstairs.

Quiet pretty village location away from the hustle and bustle but within a short drive of Brighton, Lewes and Eastbourne. The village itself has 3 traditional pubs, 3 hotels with bars / restaurants and a local village shop. There are a further 3 lovely country pubs within a 45min walk. The house is opposite a large park, with a small playground. A few minutes walk up our residential road leads you straight onto the South Downs Way with hours of walking with stunning views - we are also within a short drive of Seaford Beach, Friston Forest, Drusillas Zoo, Knockhatch Adventure Park, Rathfinny Wine Estate, Charleston Manor, Middle Farm, Glyndebourne, Paradise Park and so much more.
