We offer three bedroom waterfront self catering houses in the heart of Carrick on Shannon but yet remain private and secluded overlooking the river Shannon . Our accommodation is highly suited for families , Groups , attending a wedding in the landmark hotel beside us.

We are uniquely located overlooking the river Shannon with stunning panoramic views of the marina and park while being in the heart of Carrick on Shannon. Our accommodation has private car parking and there own private patio area with seating with high speed wifi ,The space
The house - 1300sq ft in size - is perfectly suited for families, professional groups or wedding parties who are looking for that extra bit of comfort and relaxation.
For those groups seeking a weekend of outdoor activity, there is plenty of space for bikes, surfboards, hiking equipment etc.
Groundfloor:
- The front door opens into a entrance hall which leads into living area and kitchen through two separate doors.
- The living areas from our entrance hall are very large open plan which include kitchen/dining, large sitting room area with an adjoining external 40sq meter raised patio area. This patio is secure and private and ideal for having drinks and relaxing
- The sitting room has floor to ceiling windows with a view that would be hard to beat. There is a three piece furniture suite and a 45" TV with all the channels you need This is connected to fibre broadband via wifi for optimal streaming performance.
- The well designed kitchen comes with all mod cons. ovens Whirlpool fridge/dishwasher, microwave and toaster as well as most dry essentials to assist your cooking needs.
- There is a downstairs toilet and basin under the stairs
Upstairs:
- Upon climbing our cast concrete staircase you will be met by a spacious and bright hall leading to two large bedrooms, bathroom and hot press (with spare linen/towels/pillows).
- Bedroom 1 (can sleep up to 3) in three single beds or they zip and link and make one double and single . The main bathroom is right beside this bedroom with bath -shower and toilet.
- Bedroom 2 (sleeps 3 ) is the main bedroom with double and single bed and its ensuite and has great views over looking the river Shannon and bridge .
- Bedroom 3 (sleeps 4) is located on the top floor with four single beds This room has an en-suite.
Additional information:
- High speed unlimited broadband wi-fi throughout with advertised speeds up to 500mbps. Consistenly offers 150mbps at all times.
- Mobile phone coverage is excellent
- We can provide baby/toddler equipment including high chair, travel cot, cot It is suggested for health and safety reasons that you bring your own linen/quilt/pillow for the children's cots although we will also have this available for your use.

Therefore we are not interested in Stags, Hens or groups of 'full time mad b*stards' at all and won't entertain them under any circumstances! This is nothing personal, this just is not the house for these groups.
*Our check-out time of 11:00am is there to allow us enough time to air/clean the house before our next guests arrive for Check-in at 16:00. Please respect this as it is a frantic few hours getting everything in order! However, we allow a later check-out (free of charge) when there are no guests checking-in that day! Please feel free to ask, where we can help we will do our absolute best!
*Supervalu Westport provide a 'Click and Collect' service. Why not avail of this service and if possible we will pick it up for you prior to your arrival! Just be sure to let us know in advance and we can do that for you.
