**Update: Hot tubs and pool are open with a reservation April 19, 2021 Closed April 19, 2021 through Nov/early Dec 2021 for Health Club renovations.
Newly renovated Fitness Center opening Nov/early Dec 2021: Indoor Outdoor Pool, Hot Tubs, Dry Sauna, Steam Sauna and Fitness area. No need to drive, you are within walking distance to everything!

Winter Activities: Sledding, Skiing, Ice Skating, Sleigh Rides, Snowmobiling, Dining, Shopping and many more events.

Most guests shuttle from DIA since you the condo is in town, ski in/ski out and next to the restaurants and shops. A parking permit under the condo is $22/night March 2020, April- Oct $7/nt, Nov 2021-Apr 2022 $32/nt this parking permit is very limited and must be requested in advance. Parking permits are not guaranteed, other parking options are the town parking lots ranging from $5-$30/night. Pricing can change without notice.

I am a Colorado native. I enjoy fishing, biking and golfing and the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
