One car garage: Please feel free to park your car in the garage for your convenience.

Back Yard: Our newly renovated back yard features a pool, lawn games and a patio for your enjoyment. Please take advantage of these amenities and relax outside on sunny days.

Smart Lock: A unique code will be provided to you for our smart lock. This code will allow you to easily enter the property and secure the door upon leaving.

Important Notice for Guests: We kindly request that no mail or deliveries be sent to this property, as we do not have key access for mail. For your convenience and security, please arrange to pick up any deliveries at a secure locker or the nearest post office or mail center.

We hope that you make yourself at home and have a great time. If you need anything during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

* Please note that the ice maker is not available at the property. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

*Late check-out and early check-in are available upon request for a fee of $30 per hour, subject to availability. If you do not check out on time, a penalty of $100 per hour will be applied. * Due to fire season in Scottsdale, the use of fireworks or any other explosive devices is strictly prohibited on the property. * If you’d like to enjoy a warm, inviting pool during your stay, we offer pool heating services! For the best experience, we recommend requesting pool heating at least a week before your arrival. The service is available for a fee of $75 per night, which will be added to your booking if you opt for it. Please reach out to us if you’d like to arrange pool heating, and we’ll be happy to make your stay even more comfortable.

* Important Notice for Guests: Maintenance Visits
Please note that periodic maintenance visits, including services like pest control, landscaping, pool cleaning, and trash collection, may occur during your stay. While we aim to minimize any inconvenience, we'll notify you in advance if any scheduled appointments coincide with your reservation dates.

*For cancellations made outside of Airbnb, please note that we adhere to the cancellation policy outlined in our listing. If you're eligible for a refund, please be aware that a 3% payment processing fee will be deducted.
