This beautifully appointed, clean, and inviting Banana Bay townhome is 2,170 square feet and has living areas both upstairs and downstairs so guests have plenty of room to stretch out. It is an expansive retreat offering a private inlet and a large white sandy beach for every type of vacationer to enjoy. Sunbathe and watch Perdido's boating community meander past or discover their fishing honey hole and catch dinner. It is also a great place to launch your kayak if you want to explore the shoreline or go visit the small islands. This is a gated community for peace of mind. There are safe sidewalks for bicycling or walking down to the public access on the Gulf of Mexico. You can enjoy the beach there or you might want to visit the nearby Gulf Islands National Seashore with 8 miles of undeveloped squeaky white beaches and sparkling emerald-colored water that stretches out to an endless horizon. Read, relax, or watch a movie on your 55" TV. You can send the kids or teens upstairs to do the same in their comfy living room. How does a cookout or a shrimp boil sound? Perdido Key has great seafood markets close by and grocery shopping is just across the bridge. The on-site fitness center, sauna, and steam room invite you to reset and restore.

This two-story townhome sleeps up to 10 guests with 2 Master Suites - one upstairs and one downstairs. There is a Queen sized bed in the sleeping nook upstairs off the upstairs living room. This bedroom has a 42” flat-screen TV as well as its own en-suite master bathroom outfitted with a gorgeous walk-in shower. The third guest room offers a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This bathroom is also accessible from the common area.
