This beautifully decorated and fully furnished, new duplex has everything you could ask for!
With an awesome Marvel Superhero themed loft bedroom with a bunk bed, perfect for the kiddos.

Comfortable beds, fast wifi, Smart TV’s and a kitchen stocked with utensils and supplies, this is a comfortable option for a fully furnished rental.

El espacio
This duplex features a private entrance with keypad lock. Inside you will find 2 bedrooms with storage for clothes, closets and very comfy beds. The bathrooms are sparkling clean & stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. The open kitchen has tons of counter space & open cabinets to store your food. Full size washer & dryer, iron, cleaning supplies, laundry soap and extra towels.

The living room is extra cozy. Sit back and enjoy a show on the SmartTV with a built in Roku for streaming services(log in with your own credentials). A sliding glass door opens up to the fully fenced back yard.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed, an additional SmartTV, a walk in closet and private bathroom with a sink and a large shower.

Guests have two designated parking spaces in the lower parking lot along the road. They also have exclusive access to their entire unit.

Otros aspectos a destacar
We would love to host you! Just a heads up, the bunk bed upstairs is really suitable for children. What we ask for adult use is that you put the mattresses down on the ground for safety.

There are several dogs that live on the other side of the fence in the back yard, they do get excited and bark at times, while it doesn't seem to be excessive it does seem worth mentioning. Please understand that as a host I have no control over the neighbors or their animals.

We may require a $300 fully refundable incidental fee to be paid prior to your arrival if you do not have at least three 5-Star reviews with Airbnb. After a confirmed reservation, I will send over a request for the fee, which will be held by Airbnb until you’ve checked out. It will be returned in full once the space has been observed to be left damage free and does not require excessive cleaning.

If we do not collect the refundable incidental fee, and your reservation is more than a month long(including alteration request), we will need to schedule mid stay cleans for an additional cost.
