At 360 Luxury homes, we only want, whats best of our guests ! Here we introduce this one of a time concept, in the centre of GZIRA. With the facilities of a hotel, this 1BR studio apartment is not your typical room, it has a spacious and well equipped kitchen, a lovely bathroom walk in shower.

Also included in the price, is access to a roof top pool, with one of the nicest views available on the Maltese island and an indoor pool - Free of charge.

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen fridge/freezer, hub and oven with utensils and anything you would require. Apartment is equipped for both long and short term rentals.

Living Area: Full living spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and TV. Access to the balcony from the living area and the bedroom.

Bathroom: A walk-in rain shower in a spacious area everything with the highest quality possible.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Note:

- Full cleanings are done once every 4 days of booking.
- Linen change is done every 8 days of bookings
- Kitchen cleaning is cleaned only after checkout
- Towel change, is changed daily (Ask reception for system)
- For monthly booking, cleaning is done every week.

Laundry: Access to laundry area is free of charge, guests must get their own detergents though.

The apartment is situated in centre of Gzira, just opposite the famous promenade where our guests will find ample of convenience stores, coffee shops, restaurants and anything they would ever require to make their holiday that much better.

NOTE: The ferry is just down the road from the apartment, which can directly take you to Valletta and the 3 cities.
