We have been hosting on Airbnb since early 2016 and aim to give all our guests a 5 star experience.
Our small extra charge per person after 2 people ( please include children aged 2 years and over in your guest count as we try to provide extras for them too ), allows us to cover additional bedding, added laundry costs, incidentals, all needed to maintain the 5 star standard of presentation that our guests have given us.

This architecturally designed townhouse is framed by eye catching urban art leading to a private entrance through a lockable patterned gate.

The house is fresh, clean and light and has everything included for a comfortable stay, a home away from home.

Please note this property has internal stairs to bedrooms and may not be suitable for travellers who have difficulty with mobility.

All rooms have ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning for heating and cooling.

Upstairs offers two bedrooms, a study and a bathroom.
Bedroom 1 : The Master bedroom has a queen bed, a walk in robe and a small balcony with city views. Sleeps 2
Bedroom 2 : Has a double bed with an option to pull out a single trundle bed if needed. Sleeps total of 3
An extra blow up mattress and porta cot can be placed in either of these rooms or in the study area, if needed free of charge
All rooms have high quality bed linen.

Bathroom: Includes toilet, shower, basin. Well appointed with designer towels, and soaps and shower gel provided.

Downstairs is open plan living and dining with a unique retro/ industrial décor.

A three seater lounge and large tv with dvd player make it a cosy comfortable living area. There are plenty of dvds to choose from for both children and adults. We also provide TV streaming with Chromecast linked to the tv , wifi and your own apps on your devices eg. Netflix, Stan , you tube etc

Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook meals. We have also included complimentary items eg. oils, spices etc to get you started.
BREAKFAST items are complimentary: variety of teas, coffee machine brewed coffee, milk, bread, butter, jams, cereals, juice and fresh seasonal fruit.

If you would like us to pick up any other items or groceries to make your stay more comfortable, I would be happy to purchase them before your arrival. Items will then be charged at cost price.

The kitchen also has a dishwasher.

Laundry: There is a washing machine and dryer behind doors in the kitchen area with detergent supplied.
Outside in rear courtyard there is also a clothes line.

There is a choice of two outdoor courtyards to enjoy and relax

Parking: As an added benefit there is a lockable garage space for one car and ample free street parking if needed.

North Perth is one of Perth's oldest suburbs and is just 3km north of the city centre making it a great spot to explore from.
"Must do" sightseeing :
*City Centre and Elizabeth Quay walk ( 25 min walk or 7 min bus ride in )
* Kings Park 10 min drive ( view in daytime and night for fantastic views)
*Cottesloe Beach 20 min drive, Perth's" Iconic" beach
*Fremantle approx 25 mins away
Many other ideas for activities will be available in the town house on arrival.
The lovely Hyde Park is a stones throw away and is the ultimate spot for relaxing, barbecuing , enjoying family life and exercising any time of the year.

Ask any local and they'll tell you that North Perth is pretty unique, with a colourful migrant history still reflected in its many heritage buildings. This suburb is now shared by a diverse mix of students, families as well as the older generations of Italians and Greeks who give it that community feel.
The town house is ideally located to lots of great cafes, restaurants and night spots in North Perth , Beaufort st. Mt. Lawley ( 10 min walk away), Northbridge (10 walk away), Oxford st. Leederville (15 min walk), City centre ( 20 min walk away). Recommendations are on the Host Guide in the listing. I also have a comprehensive folder of best dining choices for you to look at on arrival.

My husband Henry and I live in Perth Western Australia. We have 3 grown up children 2 boys and a girl ranging in age from 33 to 28 years. Although recently retired, I worked for the charity organization World Vision and my husband is the manager of a Property Strata Management business that we own here in Perth. We both love to walk and cycle exploring new places. We love the cultural diversity that is part of travelling to different countries. I particularly enjoy meeting people and the interaction it brings. My past occupations have been primary school teaching,and I have also completed a horticulture diploma and worked in landscape design. For the past 12 years I have worked for World Vision, a global not for profit organization . In recent years I was employed by this organization as General Public manager, in charge of all child sponsorship campaigns in Western Australia and training of staff. At present I am a volunteer teacher for Adult Migrant English Program.
