Only a few minutes drive to many fine sandy beaches that adorn the coastline. Including the ever-popular Fistral, Crantock, Holywell Bay and Perranporth with their quaint shops and ice cream parlours. Take time to sample the fine restaurants and traditional inns in the local area, many with stunning views out to sea.

The kitchen area is equipped with all you need including an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Enjoy a lazy lunch at the breakfast bar with seating for four, ideal for relaxed holiday dining. Cosy up on one of the comfortable sofas and watch a film on the Smart TV, in front of the wood burner. Heading down the stairs to the ground floor are the bedrooms, a king-size and twin and the contemporary shower room with shower and WC.

Outside, the private and enclosed garden has plenty of space for all the family. Relax whilst the children and dogs play on the lawn or all gather together under the canopy on the terrace and dine alfresco with the charcoal BBQ on the go. The perfect spot, free from artificial city lights from where to stargaze on clear nights. There is driveway parking for two cars. Please note this property has a private water supply.
