Great architecture, modern atmosphere! Nice social scene, really good food, an outside bar & outside seating on the Bay!! (Couches, picnic tables, wicker spheres with round cushions for semi-private glasses of wine/and secluded enough to facilitate getting through several chapters of a book without being disturbed.... There is also a water taxi that picks up there. It can take you to all sorts of different places along the island and over into Destin by crab Island too!

The best Pizza, Pretzel Bites, and Chowder (love it served in a bread bowl) in the area hands down, the restaurant faces the Bay. There is also an outdoor area with a big screen for sports games & karaoke in the middle of the building, and an indoor arcade and VR area in the front. They also have a dueling piano bar upstairs that’s worth going to.
They have jet ski rentals, pontoon rentals & rides to Crab Island that you can find out back on the Bay. Reservations are usually a must on the weekends and a good idea in general for water rentals.
Dock on The Island

Really a Great place, we’ve had annual passes for years! The renovation and improvements over the past five years have been amazing to watch. Its a fantastic organization that not only puts on talented/educational dolphin shows and comical sea lion performances for entertainment but they rescue animals from the ocean, rehabilitate them and then release them back into their natural environment!

Its a fantastic organization that not only puts on talented/educational dolphin shows and comical sea lion performances for entertainment but they rescue animals from the ocean, rehabilitate them and then release them back into their natural environment!

Very classy area that has several good seafood restaurants, a dance club, Fat Tuesday’s, zip lines, a climbing wall, a great playground for kids, an arcade, a Carousel, and free movies or live music on the Main lawn various days of the week. There is an ice cream parlor & fudge shop as well. It’s is a very neat upscale area that is self contained. There always is good crowd of people and it’s not super touristy.
