Food Scene
This place is often featured as the most unique restaurant in the state. It’s an upscale seafood, pasta, steakhouse. You can eat overlooking the lake. It’s just a neat place. Expensive so I always go for Happy Hour (M-F 4p-7p; Sa 4p-6p; Su 4:30-6) instead and get good food and drinks for a handful of dollars. It’s about a 20 minute drive.

One disclaimer, they have a picture or two of the Pope and a little, plastic religious statue here and there so if you would find that offensive, skip this place. There's often an older gentleman there playing the piano; his name is Tom. A 15 minute drive.

This is just a little bakery counter with the same, nice woman working every single time and hardly ever any wait. Fresh baked breads and desserts. I always go for their lemon bars.

I think Mama Santa’s and Corbo’s are Cleveland landmarks. Keep in mind though, there is nothing fancy about this restaurant or this bakery. Stroll through all of the little shops while you are there.
