Bus #16 takes you in 13 minutes to the center of Pest. Or after you discover the Buda Castle and hidden along the cobbled lanes of the city's historic quarter get off at this bus stop to be home in 3 minutes.

Boasting a higher arch than the other bridges spanning the Danube, it offers dramatic views of both Castle and Gellért Hills and, of course, the river. Was the first newly designed bridge to reopen after WWII (the original span, erected in 1903, was too badly damaged in the war to rebuild). 13 minutes walk from the house.
