Consejos para la ciudad

Facilidad para moverse por la casa

There is very limited public transport in Eden.

Most places of interest are within walking distance for a fit person. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Aslings Beach from the house. It's a flat walk along a wooden boardwalk beside Lake Curalo for most of the way.

Whale Watching

There is a limited opportunity to get close and personal with our Spring time visitors as they migrate down the coast with their new calves. Cat Balou, Freedom Charters and Merimbula Marina offer 3 hour cruises and, sometimes, guarantee seeing whales. The opportunity to have a whale spyhop out of the water close to the vessel, to check you out shouldn't be missed! These gentle giants are often as keen to see you as you are to see them!

Art on Imlay

This is your chance to buy locally made souvenirs and presents for those left at home! It's amazing how many talented people there are in this small town and a visit here shouldn't be missed. 10 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 10 am to 1 pm. (On cruise ship days the hours are extended) Please note, it is a cash only establishment because it operates as a co-operative and doesn't have EFTPOS facilities. There are automatic bank tellers close by.
