We enjoy spending warm Florida evenings here strolling around and looking at all the beautiful classic cars and enjoying live music. There are numerous shops and rides to enjoy as well. And we often have supper at one of the restaurants there. Suggest to arrive late afternoon for best parking.

Wine Tasting - Outdoor Music Festivals - Local Artisans
We enjoy taking in their winter wine festivals. We bring chairs and have a picnic outside while listening to live music, sipping some local wines, and enjoying some beautiful Florida weather. Come early if you want a place in the shade. There are kiosks set up outdoors with local artisans selling their wares - great variety and beautiful work.

Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards

There are kiosks set up outdoors with local artisans selling their wares - great variety and beautiful work.
Live Gators and Much Much More!
We spent a day here zip-lining with 3 generations of our family and enjoyed it thoroughly. There is much more to see here than just alligators, although it is certainly educational to learn more about these creatures. Enjoy the birds, goats, snakes, etc. that inhabit this sanctuary.

2001 E Southport RdOnsite they have panning for precious minerals, photo ops, live baby gators, and an interactive first nations display. There is an adjacent park with a picnic shelter so pack a lunch and come enjoy the day. Also a small restaurant and gift shop on site.
Waterpark
This is our favorite Disney waterpark and so so so close to the house. Recommend getting there at opening time so you can choose a prime spot that fits your family needs (close to water - close to slides? - close to restrooms? etc.) There is something here for all ages - great grandmother enjoys lazy river. You can be as busy or relaxed as you like for the day. Feel free to bring a cooler of sandwiches and snacks with you to have a picnic. Bring your own towels. Change rooms are available onsite.

Typhoon Lagoon

7625 Sinclair RdWe love renting bikes from Killarney station and riding to Winter Garden for lunch. It's a picturesque little town you may want to take time to explore. There are also hiking trails along the way you can stop and enjoy.
