This is the best spot! Better then Lou Malnatis and Girodonos, which tend tone very touristy, Pequots is where are the locals go for deep dish pizza.
There is always a wait but it is worth it. You can get drinks next door at the bar Whales Tale while you wait.
Please don't come to Chicago without eating at Pequods!

Great coffee and ambiance walking distance from the air bnb. Take the 606 trail behind us all the way there and enjoy views of the amazing mural on the side of the building while sitting in the grass.

Cool place for breakfast in the gorgeous Gold Coast area of Chicago. Definitely a local spot with some good people watching.
My favorite thing to order is the lox and capers plate with a bagel.

The food is good here but they make an OUTSTANDING vegetable club sandwich and great hushpuppies- my personal favorites.

HIGHLY recommend doing the architecture river cruise. I've done it a handful of times since moving to Chicago and its my favorite. The sunset cruise is also lovely too. Bar on board.

I love the wicker park neighborhood. It's easily accessible from the airbnb by bike or foot down the 606 trail. A great place for walking around, people watching, breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. You could spend and entire day here.
If you're into vintage shipping my favorite store is Rag Stock. Around rag stock are a lot of other vintage and cosignment shops.
