One of my favorite weekend mornings is to hit the WSM to stock up for a big homemade dinner, have a huge brunch with a few craft beers or cocktails at one of the many breweries or restaurants in the Ohio City neighborhood, then go home and make a feast fit for a king.

Sightseeing
Beaches in Cleveland? Yes! Just remember it is a lake. This gem has been saved by the Cleveland Metroparks in recent years. They added a lookout bar with clean new bathrooms, kayak and paddleboard rentals. Be sure to get a photo of the iconic willow tree at the end of the beach. Go up the hill to find (IMO) the best location of a Cleveland sign on the hill with the city in the background. While you're there, follow signs to Wendy Park and take a little walk out to the old Coast Guard station for some great views of the lake and the city.

Free world class art museum, renovated only a few years back. There are always special exhibits, which usually come with a fee but you can see a large majority of the place without paying. Grab dinner and wine at nearby little Italy while you're out there.

If you're not seeing any plays while you're in town, drive through at night just to see the huge outdoor chandelier. We do get lots of great shows though, so it never hurts to check one out.
