My house is situated about four miles from the valleyview trail head on the towpath.. the brecksville is also a nearby point on the trail.

It's a nice walk on a deck down to the falls. It's really amazing if it's been rainy, so this is a great stop in the spring when it rains more. It's still beautiful any time of year because of the foliage, but if you're disappointed that it rained, this place will turn your frown upside down. Pack your snacks/drinks, but sometimes there's a cart open just south of the parking lot.

Brandywine Falls
It's a nice walk on a deck down to the falls. It's really amazing if it's been rainy, so this is a great stop in the spring when it rains more. It's still beautiful any time of year because of the foliage, but if you're disappointed that it rained, this place will turn your frown upside down. Pack your snacks/drinks, but sometimes there's a cart open just south of the parking lot.
The Tremont area is well-known for the restaurants and bars, along with the Christmas Story House and West Side Market. Ohio City is desirable area, with an interesting history of revival in the last two decades. It’s worth checking out.

I’ve ridden my bicycle directly to the Cleveland Script Sign and Tremont on the towpath from my house. The sign is pretty close to Tremont, and the towpath leads to it coming up from the CNVP. Definitely worth stopping for the photo op!

There are multiple locations including one less than two miles from my listings, but this one shares a parking lot with the Trail Mix Info Gift Shop also in my Guidebook. Plan your day at Trail Mix, and end your day at the Lizard. This place is not open mornings, but afternoons here are lively during the summer and fall.
