Ginas is an authentic Mexican restaurant conveniently located right behind the condo! You can’t miss it with its pink and purple paint job! Large servings with a fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere! The only thing that isn’t “authentic Mexican” here are the hours.

Incredible Fusion food and Tapas! Everything is locally sourced and so creative! Chef Kelly is extremely talented, and they have an amazing cocktail menu as well. Sure to not disappoint!

Great place for a pre-dinner cocktail and appetizer at happy hour, with views of the marina and islands! I would, however, choose one of the other restaurants listed for dinner. The view and location are the best parts of this restaurant. The food is sub-par.

Wonderful atmosphere with authentic Mexican food and great margaritas! It's enjoyable being on the floating patio on a hot summer day! It's a little pricey, but it's the experience.

Take the Dighy Dock Ferry across the water to this floating pub. With a wonderful view of downtown Nanaimo, you can watch the boats and sea planes come in and out of the harbor while having lunch, dinner, or drinks! You could also rent some kayaks and paddle over. You can "park" you kayaks around the back by loading them onto the dock.

It's absolutely memorable with such a fun and energizing atmosphere! Good for a group or date night! I recommend you share with the large portions.
