Fort Stevens is awesome. The Suite is a short walk to the historic military area with so much to explore including an 27 hole FOLF course. We walk the Jetty trail a couple times per week and love seeing the elk, birds, and wildlife. Ocean access is a short bike ride or drive away with magnificent sunsets at the shipwreck.

Be sure to visit the gift shop when you go to the column and pick up a paper airplane to fly from the top.

Great historic stop with miles of hiking trails. We've done the Fort to Sea trail a few times and it is amazing. Best to park a car on each side. End with a picnic lunch on the ocean!

Nice 2 mile walk around the lake at the Fort Stevens campground just down the road. Bring bug spray in the raining spring season.

Best views around especially if you climb the 164 steps to the top. We love to grab Fish n Chips from Bowpickers and enjoy lunch with a view.
