McGuire's has the BEST HUGE STEAKS and worth the drive. Super fun atmosphere for lunch or dinner. It is a 19 minute drive but beautiful along the coast. They have a brewery with ale, stout, porter & homemade root beer. A great place to enjoy the nightlife with some of the best bands around!

There are 2 simple beach chairs (max weight 250 lbs.) & 1 umbrella for your use in the condo but nicer loungers that can accommodate more & umbrellas are available for rent @ Beach Services on the beach. Look for the yellow hut in front of The Beach House restaurant. If you wish to rent chairs Contact me and I will tell you how to get an owner’s discount. 🤫

Sand Dollar Transportation Tram
This tram is the fast, easy, and fun way to get around Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and is FREE with the tram passes provided in the condo. The tram will take guest anywhere in the resort, from the beach to the bay and everywhere in between: The Village of Baytowne Wharf, tennis courts, golf courses, Sandestin Spa and Fitness Center, and more. The tram runs on 2 continuous loops, departing each stop approximately every 30 minutes. View the tram route and location in real time on their app or the live map available online.
